Our Story

Our Story

For years Mike and Becky Morgan have been providing quality food with exceptional service throughout western NY.  They spent their early days working at the Orchard Park Country Club before Mike move on to be the executive Chef at David’s Grill in Orchard Park where he was named one of WNY’s best chefs at the age of 29.

A few years later Mike and Becky opened Apple Wood Café and Catering in Williamsville where they provided quick, fresh healthy meals to the Northtowns as well as catering weddings, brunches, bridal showers, birthdays, pig roasts and much more.  

Now as they move into the next chapter they have brought Apple Wood Catering to the Mansard Inn.
